Dogs are more than welcome at The Junction as long as they’re kept on a lead and remain with their owners at all times. Policies on having dogs inside the stores may differ among the retailers on the mall.

We have baby changing facilities at the Centre beside the Visitor Information Centre.

Our team of friendly customer service advisors are available to answer your questions and provide assistance at our Visitor Information Centre. We want to ensure your visit to The Junction is as enjoyable as possible, so feel free to pop in and ask us whatever you need to know – from store locations to tourist information, finding local transport or simply where to go for lunch.

The Junction is a Dementia Friendly centre. To date, we have 90 members of staff throughout the centre that have completed the necessary workshop and we are incorporating this as part of the induction training for all new staff members going forward.
