This multi functional role includes all duties at the Concessions and Floor area. This job also holds great career progression opportunities.
High levels of customer service and product knowledge will be required through supplying information, dealing efficiently with queries and assisting patrons wherever possible.
GENERAL DUTIES
- Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude towards visitors and employees, recognising the importance and benefits of effective team working
- Deal with enquiries courteously and competently, whilst offering a genuine welcome to all visitors – public, educational or corporate

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour

Qualifications
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Availability
- Part-time (30) HOURS PER WEEK
- 7 Days Fully Flex
- Must include two out of the three: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Available between 9am-7pm Monday -Wednesday, 9am-10pm Thursday – Friday, Saturday 9am-7pm, Sunday 11am-7pm.
